Dr. Erica Dallas has been an early childhood educator for over fifteen years. She specializes in culturally responsive, relevant, and sustaining pedagogy in early education, specifically in preschool. Erica's most recent accomplishment was earning her PhD in education. Dr. Dallas also holds a Master's degree in early childhood education and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. She has worked in various ECE settings as a former registered behavior technician, preschool director, child life coach, consultant for culturally responsive practices, military childcare teacher, and as a student data analyst for state-funded programs. She discovered her purpose and passion for serving in the early childhood community and has immersed herself in every aspect of the field.
